We are Felipeo and pajak666 we run online store which is currently in beta stage.

ORDERING

Be aware to use only adress you control.
In other words adress that you can send signed message with.

Terms and Conditons are the same as for our current farm except we reserve 13% of hashing power.
When mining is not profitable anymore, we will attempt to sell the miners or find another use for them. Any proceeds thereof will be distributed as dividend.

In case of hardware failure
We believe the gear should be able to run 24 months, but since there are no working devices yet we simply don’t know. In case of hardware failure we will try to repair or replace the machine. Any costs involved will be deducted from payment as costs.

DIVIDENDS
Dividends will be paid to adress which has been used to pay for shares, if you wish to change payout adress please send signed message.
Payouts will take place once a week. Statements will be made available on our website.
Power rate in Poland is 0.19$/ kWh
All transactions and orders will be transparent

PAYPAL and SKRILL also accepted, I am not afraid to accept those type of payments, because when you request chargeback or some other weird thing with your payment I will simply remove you from the shareholders list. PM me if you want to buy shares with those payment methods.

We believe that VMC is legitimate company and they will be able to deliver hashing units in promised time.
However we can not guarantee that your money will not be lost. We will not keep your money, we will use them to purchase miner and provide all proofs of payment.
Please do your own risk calculations. We will not be able to give you any sort of refund after the unit will be ordered.

Of course we can not guarantee that they will actually ship in promised time, you should do your own resarch before investing.
To us it looks more promising and worth a gamble than KNC:)

So each 1BTC invested should equal 256/50 = 5.12 Gh/s is this right?

to be honest it depends on the btc course at the day of purchase.
I think 1 btc should result even more than 5.12 Gh/s something even about 5.50 Gh/s maybe

Has the machine already been ordered? Estimated arrival date?

Also, will the miner be hosted at a datacenter, someone's private residence, somewhere else?

The miner will be hosted at datacenter with all the other mining hardware.
