Today I made a withdrawal request of my Litecoin from poloniex.
After half an hour, I see withdrawal request to be complete with a  Txid: da149ade1f7cfa9f410d0c943f7c5dd98ab918eb77a59eeb6cb7a2045c79f662.

But I never received the funds.  When I search for the transaction on Litecoin Block Explorer I get this message

"sorry 'da149ade1f7cfa9f410d0c943f7c5dd98ab918eb77a59eeb6cb7a2045c79f662' is not a valid transaction or block hash for ltc"

Any of you ever had this problem.  Any input is appreciated.

My ltc withdrawal does not show up on blockchain also (TxID: 07804448d2d611208d04d9e745f729b8b8501981da84705c19cfea28d0df4042).

I opened support ticket and waiting but nothing yet.

Good luck with poloniex lol, took me 3 months to withdraw my ethereum.

I've had some months ago issues with some Monero. I've sent the coins to Poloniex, but the account was not credited.
I've made a ticket and after some 8h my account had the correct amounts.

So, make tickets, all of you. I guess that this time Poloniex' wallet may be on a wrong fork or anything and I think/hope that, when they'll understand what went wrong, they'll send you the money. (Or maybe I'm just too confident)

However, keep us posted, please. If Polo has a problem, maybe others won't withdraw until it gets fixed.

Check your withdrawal history and make sure what transaction have no pending status

Too large of a exchange with too little money invested in making it work.

It's happened before, but at present the scale and depth of the problem is unprecedented. They simply aren't broadcasting the withdrawals. In a way, the size of the problem is a good thing - cumulitively people have literally lost millions worth of USD from Poloniex in the last three days or so. It might be big enough now that regulators want to step in.

People have been talking class action. People have lost $25,000 transfers for months, with Poloniex keeping the change.

Wait and see, maybe it will resolve when after people start work in the US in about 6 hours.

Add me to the list.  I did a test withdrawal last night for 1 LTC, and that showed up fine...  So I set up another withdrawal for the balance, and that one went missing.  I've got a ticket open with them, but reading horror stories of how long those sit before even being acknowledged. 

I did notice that the txn hash for the withdrawal in question did change at some point today.  Both the old one and the new one are invalid.

Wow. My poloniex withdrawal txid has changed by the night.

First it was:

Still no coins or trace of txid in blockchain.

Ticket open for over 6 hours now, but no reply.

I hope they solve it quickly, mine is like $3500.00 (11 litecoins).

after losing 15 LTC, now i tried to send 0.01 LTC just to see it was a temporary problem just for us or not, 3 hours left and its still pending and in cancelable status. This makes me feel like they are aware of the problem and trying to solve this issue, at least they are not allowing more problematic transactions. I hope its solved soon.

Anyone know if they are reachable through phone?

Havent heard from their support either.

After reading other threads, looks like it happens quite often with Poloniex.
But its comforting to know that eventually they all received there coins with new Txid s and it took them upto 3 to 4 days.
Hoping for the best.

It's almost 48 hours gone. No coins, no reply from Poloniex. I'm reporting my case to FBI. There is a link you can use it also.

Edit: Accused them for causing my financial loss by participating in litecoin price manipulation while holding my assets against my will.

This is nothing new, I've experienced delays with my withdrawals as well, but I'm sure it's not their intention. Regardless, the frustration is real, which is why I'm no longer using Poloniex.

well, anyway, i lost the timing, was about to sell the LTC to purchase XVG.

They are holding the LTC until it drops to $60.00 and then, they will release.

My DGB coins are missing. My txid address is incorrect. It was 2 days, but no return was made!

It's been 54 hours. my txid is not changed and it is still invalid. LTC lost 20% value in usd during this. I can't believe this. Lost so much.

Still no word from Poloniex addressing this issue - transactions are still not broadcast to the network.

I am not sure what are you guys talking about, i made litecoin withdrawal and they payed me in about 5 minutes. Smaller one to be honest, but i have never had issues with poloniex.

What is concerning is that I did a test 20 minutes before, on a small amount and got the ZEC ok into my wallet. This makes it very hard to explain it as an error or bug...

And, of course, tickets are still unanswered after 2 days.

Just curious to see if all these complaints are worth any merit. Did a small LTC withdrawal from Polo and the confirmation email came quickly, clicked to confirm withdrawal and received my LTC in under 15 minutes. So I guess it still works? Maybe it has something to do with your account level. I'm a verified user, and I know exchanges now are giving problems to unverified users, so it could have something to do with that? Get all your accounts at Polo and whatever exchange verified asap, and don't deposit till this is confirmed. It'll take like weeks, but well worth it.

Got it finally after 5 days. No response on the ticked. Horrendous...

Poloniex problem in withdrawals was due to traffic in blockchain, if you notice more people are withdraw now since Christmas. I guess withdrawals this coming New year eve's will raising up compared with the Christmas.

So don't worry regarding withdrawals because it will come to you, but if you want to immediately withdrawals just paid high amount.

Withdrawal Issue: Digibyte, "Completed" but not received in the destination address, LOST 17K DGB=1400$, 5 DAYS. TxID not existing on explorer. Ticket ID# 612473, not reply any answer my supprt ticket. etc and zec ok but DGB no came yet :( it is really bad.

I finally got contacted by Poloniex support after waiting two months to withdraw BTC. However, after I responded, they've gone quiet again!

I have waited more than 8 months for account verification status on poloniex. And until now, my account still "Legacy" status what does it mean. In fact, poloniex is the only place to store all bitcoin i have bought so far. There is more than 5btc in it. Very painful with what poloniex does.

This is becoming unbearable and thus making some of us to fear depositing our funds at Poloniex. The management must should try and work things out. It used to be one of the best exchanges but I am very sure many people will doubt that now.

My withdrawal history says "complete" but clearly it is a fake TXid as it "cannot be found" in the blockchain..

I have submitted a support tix but it doesn't seem to trigger a response from anyone in a timely manner.

Can someone help me resolve this issue?

Raised a support ticket yesterday but nothing yet. Guess there's nobody working at Polo this weekend. That's unacceptable when your systems are'nt working properly and massive amounts of money floating around leaving the owners in big uncertainty for a long time.

Nope, 4 days now, my 20LTC still missing. Will chase Polo until I have them back.

My stellar lumens withdrawal been stuck  at "processing" since 11/29/17 (over a month). Funny thing is all the smaller withdrawals went through right after, just this bigger sum got stuck.
Anyways, I Submitted 10 tickets, a Reddit post every other day, spammed their twitter, reported to BBB and FTC. I got absolutely 0 response. My next action is to probably hire an attorney.

What a relief, after some days of nail-biting I finally received my missing coins and a reply on my support ticket saying sorry for the delay.

Don't know whether it helped but I started a social media campaign yesterday. I seemed to be right thinking there was no support during 31st of dec and the 1st of jan. After the first working day in the New Year it has been solved.

Hopefully Poloniex will get their act together getting their systems working properly day and night, holiday or not, because you can't leave your customers in silence for several days when they're missing thousands of Dollars.

That's right, do not make the holiday as an excuse, because it shows only the lack of professionalism of the exchanger itself. All exchangers should improve their services, if they do not want to be abandoned by their members

Got my 5.41 LTC today finally after 4 days of stressing out (all that over New Year effectively ruining the Holidays ) . Still no response on support ticket , no explanation no sorry nothing , support or better call it customer NON service is non existent with Poloniex . Holidays is piss poor excuse , they cant even be bothered to post a message on front and let people know theres a temporary problem and that it will be fixed so people dont freak and stress out over loss of big sums of money . What a complete disregard and disrespect to their customers . Done with that shit exchange , paying so much fees over the years and this how they treat people ?! Plenty of other exchanges , that actually work and have support and customer service  and decency to announce and let people know if there are problems . Poloniex - just dont give a damn , takes thousands dollars and total silence for many days , not a word  >:(

I once had a problem with the output USDT, but it was resolved within 2 days. This exchange at the moment, I was quite happy

I was skeptical if I should withdraw, but I had to get some of my Bitcoin today. I did the withdraw and it went through pretty quick.
So for me Poloniex still works quite well (I had some other problem with them last week, but that was solved too by their support).

Terrible exchange. MY XRP withdrawal still pending.
And those guys won't upgrade my account even though I have performed their full KYC.
Their support worst ever as well.

That's why I left Polo since the summer and moved to Bittrex. I never looked back.

I had problems with Poloniex when I used them past summer.
When Binance wasn't really that popular.

Even then, there were tons of problems. Mostly with withdrawals.
Guess they didn't fixed them..
