Writing smart contracts is not easy however there is an app that lets you create them by using templates. It's called Mywish. As i know, they are even paying those people who create them.

How many people actually know how to write smart contracts
Almost less than 1% of the investors who are supporting or  holding  smart contract based tokens like lisk, eth, neo. They have different coding language so the one who can develop smart contract in one platform can't make one in another platform.

Lisk uses javascript while  ETH uses its own coding language.

Smart  contract is just being used to develop tokens rather than any useful products or to be used in real life.

Currently, smart contract is a computer algorithm system designed to fulfill its own contract. In other words, "smart contract" allows users to contract in blockchain environments without intermediaries. Such transactions can be traced transparently and irreversibly.only smart people can make that..

I can write. Few of my friends also can write. It's easy to learn how to write smart contracts, especially if you have some programming experience.
The smart contract source code is open for many popular contracts and you could see how to avoid many expensive mistakes for free.

Can agree with you, as for now it's being use more to develop tokens rather than daily use, but it's only a question of time until it will be used on daily bases without even knowing you are using smart contract
