As 2017 is coming to end, I want to know what exactly cryptocurrencies hold for us in 2018. I believe that cryptocurrencies have future. What do you think?

It should be alts year in the upcoming year,because i heard a lot of fundamentals in the top altcoins coins right now that is to be announce in january hope alts will make bull runs next year.Hopefully it will happen like what experts always predicted,morelikely it should happen because new upcoming projects like internet of things and artificial inteligence based projects.

2018 should be successful in crypto-currency. Many believe that the prices for some crypto-currencies will reach 500% by the end of 2018.

Well you should look on the coinmarketcap for you to see and judge what coin/s will have a big future or a big potential to rise in 2018 and also do some research for you to choose yourself what coin for you investing in but if you ask me, for me the top coins are litecoin and ethereum because they have a huge potential to be the next bitcoin and also, they are stable coins so, you have lower risk to lose your money than investing in new coins.

It's quite obvious what coins are the future - Ethereum and Ripple, they are literally skyrocketing as we speak and because i sense another correction coming, these coins will be the only ones that will not be affected as much.

I am fully agreed with this opinion that crypto currencies have future as many altcoins already proved that. No one was believing 5 years back that Bitcoin will reach to 15000$. According to my view, 2018 is successful year for cryptocurrency, especially deeponion. it already started growing in 2018 , within this 6 days. cryptos are the future. but the drawback is the delay in transactiions.

I doubt if in a nearest future people would use crypto currency more than a fiat money. Even in a far future that is pretty complicated to make MOST of a people use cryptos.
Maybe in a top-10 developed countries about of 40% of transactions may turn into crypto transactions but not most of them.

With the increasing use of mobile and internet there arises a need of digital money. Cryptocurrencies have shown their success in the year 2017. Last year was challenging for crypotoworld. Despite ban and regulations by many countries bitcoin and other altcoins showed a good performance. Bitcoin has given its investors far more than they have ever expected. In the coming years bitcoin may have to face more challenges. But still crypto currency is the future of currency world. Compared to traditional currencies crypto currencies are still new to currency market, it will take time to settle in.

I also think like that and even everyone else has the same thoughts, hopefully in this year will be more people who are interested and join in crytocurrencies so we can together to the future better.

Yes, I agree with this. Cryptocurrencies might be the future but there are innumerable people who arw trying to oppose this. Even the media shows just the bad things about bitcoins and it does not show the advantages of investing in bitcoins. Alot of people are getting influenced by the media and because of this, such people who oppose cryptocurrencies are increasing. But still there are alot of people who are interested in cryptocurrencies and are willing to invest in it and such people are increasing too. So, I think 2018 would be a good year for cryptocurrencies as the demand for it increases.

Honestly, It is expected that digital currencies will develop a lot in the future, although the governments are trying to destroy all cryptocurrencies but they will not be able to achieve this ambition. As well, they will resort to recognition  all of them so as to avoid the economic losses.

Furthermore, I think many currencies will jump to a huge value, and it is certain that Bitcoin will remain stronger and better than all, may the price will become $ 500,000 after 4 years. In fact, Ripple (XRP) will become the second best currency in value, although the current price is low ($ 1.41) and may become between $ 500 and $ 1000 after 3-4 years. And there are expectations that Lisk(LSK) will have a significant improvement in value.

I would say only around 20 % of all coins/tokens will be around after few years. Its hard to predict if this trend of new coins will continue for long time, or it will become not profitable.

Waves and eth are my favourites. But now spectre is new star for me. I believe this project for 2018.

I also believe, crypto does have a good future. To keep crypto still has a good future there must be community support and people who understand about this crypto
