Bastards wont let me export my coins. Says that my account is under review. Has this ever happened to anyone else? 

I understand no usd withdraws but these are my BTC!

Is your account already verified with KYC/AML requirements?

It says on there page that there are no identification requirements to transact in BTC, but I have uploaded an Id months ago that has been verified. I had to wait 5 weeks to get approved. I also sent a picture of a phone bill for the address verification a month ago. It was rejected because it was just the address section and not the whole bill, I just uploaded another phone bill and it was rejected as edited. I dont know if it is because it is a picture and was not scanned or what. 

even if he was not, bitcoins are not money until there sold...there should be no way mtgox is able to freeze peoples BTC balance.

BS but resolved for now. I have no idea what the issue was. First they said it was denied then they just sent another message saying that it was approved and that I am now address verified.  I go the site and it is now verified and I can export my funds again.

This what they sent me first.

That is exactly what they did. I sent coin there to them. 12 hours later had someone come to by coins for cash and when they got here I couldnt withdraw my F!@#ing bitcoins. Luckily a friend bailed me out and gave me a short term loan.

I have never sent usd to mt gox only btc.

This is off their faq's section

"1. No verification needed (Level 0)
For the moment only transactions involving Bitcoins (BTC). "

Oh yes they can and have. They did it to me 1 year ago. I wasnt trying to withdraw fiat just BTC and they froze my account for verification.

do you have 2 fa enabled? otherwise it is reasonable fraud/hack protection.
you probably just logged in from a blacklisted ip.
