Just wanna add that soniq is acting very professional and I'm happy with this group buy so far.
There is also a skype group that i'm sure new shareholders can join, so the communication is on high level with quick answer to all questions.

Compare to other similar assets the price per Mh/s is too high now.

Yea but they have guarantied first day delivery. KNC said they will be plugged in as soon as they roll out of the production line.

Yeah it's super high.

I just crunhed some numbers against a few other Group buys I'm in and it's highway robbery :/

Hmmm..  If a single block erupter, for example, is selling like hot cakes for 1 btc how are these shares which are equivalent to 133mh/s @ < 0.07 btc expensive?     If we did an apples to apples pricing, they should go for 0.30 btc at least, no?

Because other users have little knowledge about it, the difficulty is rising 20% average
If you start mining on Sept or Oct the best price that you can return your investment per MH/s is less 0.00032

You can estimate your future mining profit here http://btc.re/?t=miningcalc

0.132 per share. and that if the dificulty keeps razing with high %, witch might/will slow down unless bitcoins price skyrockets. ( KNC already anonced that they will not ship any new orders for 4-6~ months)

http://bitclockers.com/calc/mining_difficulty/61335329/difficulty_change/30/btc_per_block/25/value_per_btc/100/mhash_rate/130/cost_per_kwh/0.0/watts_consumption/0/total_days/90/hardware_cost/0

And you get KNC hosting with 24/7 KNC support to get extra overclocking and fix any problems that might occur. You just sleep and gather dividends and sell your shares at some point. People from the group buy can decide to sell some of the Jupiters at some point witch will also get payed as dividents.

KnC has been very busy this last week, updates on their progress has been posted on their site.

Because of delays at the data center, Jupiters are expected to start mining today.

Cheers

Just received access to KNC mining portal, less than 20 minutes ago ,  17 Jupiters are now mining.

Have received a 5 BTC  payment for  17 Jupiters

Will update more as information become available

Awesome.   :o

So what happens now that BF is closing to US citizens. Will there be partial payments if I don't own full shares from BF? Meaning I've got 325 shares rather than multiples of 100.

Has KNC said anything about the 4btc x 17 Jupiter refund from the delay in hosting?

-KNC has paid a 5 BTC payment for each of the 17 first day delivery Jupiters for delays with their data center

-They are hashing in KNC facility and first dividend payment will be issued shortly after all outstanding issues are resolved (hosting loan)

-clarifying Bitfunder news release, will update members of Coinsortium of the impact

are all dividends now being paid direct to the bitcoin address' we had listed on our bitfunder accounts? or should they still be going to our actual bitfunder accounts?

You should receive your dividend payment directly to your public Bitfunder address.  If you own less than a 100 shares the transaction may take a while to confirm.

Cheers

Alright I went onto blockchain after getting home from work, saw the test payment and a do Irene payment of .4616 for 120shares on BF.

Is there any way I can check BTC dividend/share?

Can I still transfer my shares to you on bf soniq? I've been fumbling around without Internet using my phone making all my tender requests terribly tedious.

yes, received quite a few transaction back because of low transaction fees.

These payments will be reissued.

Will reconsider sending dividend payments till each share address accumulates .01 or more per share

Soniq, use the ''sendmany'' command to pay all the dividends to all the directions paying just only one transaction fee.

In example, here's last LaB_Rat payment (https://blockchain.info/es/tx/198ef29f7b7b118f4ea9173def745f2dd82b0da2499f4bf58cd12f5430f9353f).

I haven't gotten my dividend payment on bitfunder. Is this because I never converted my shares to direct shares? Also, how often are dividend payments payed out? I have SNQ.Coinl shares.

Edit: Should I still convert my shares to direct shares? I've also updated my bitcoin address on bitfunder just in case.

Im not 100% sure but it seems that soniq never made a dividend payment via Bitfunder. But instead started making direct payments to the public Bitcoin address's from Bitfunder.

This appear to be at least 1 of the addresses he pays from (could be more i don't know) 18kUSwbSdDRxNowaaPXarZxHDtc1KrLUTt

All shares on Bitfunder will be converted to direct shares automatically.

Yes, a dividend payment was made today  a218e3583f0571377ef29fded24d47147c6820c6040ec1f07b8c2dd91e96f6d5

Have tried a different method of distributing payments, so dividend  will be coming from these  addresses

Should be another payment coming this week to bring the group current with all BTC mined too date.
