Yes and what about your PayPal business account? Do you expect to buy bitcoins with that account? It’s not happening. PayPal is a high risk payment method. You might dispute and reverse it after getting the coins. And a business account is an even riskier option because it is hacked into more often than personal accounts.

Escrow cannot protect anyone if you pay by PayPal. Your almost new account here is a red flag.

If you desperately need coins, choose a different payment method, one you cannot reverse after getting the coins. If you insist on using PayPal, that’s fine. PayPal has a charge back deadline of 180 days which means you would have to wait that long before escrow releases the bitcoins to you. Sounds good?
