Is it possible to change the maximum number of bitcoin?

let say like increasing its maximum number from 21 million to 30 million?

if it is possible only Mr. Satoshi Nakamoto can do that right?

Yes, it is possible but you will have to do it with a hard fork and get consensus from miners and users.
But it will never happen.

It's like the opening of a Pandora's box if we increase it once what stops us from doing time after time, just like fiat money.

Bitcoin Diamond has done this, for example:

They changed their fork to have 210 million.

Exactly and people who understand and got into cryptos for the decentralized aspect wouldn't have it (which is majority of the early adopters). The people who are getting in now may be all for it but that is because they are money hungry and therefore likely short-sighted. The OGs simply will not allow this to happen, expect the cap to remain at the 21 million set in place now. 8)
