And the answer is yes and no. There are a number of bitcoin signature campaigns who do accept newbies, but most don't. See https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0 for a list of campaigns that accept newbie members. Note that i don't think that thread lists all the altcoin campaigns there are. I see this question in some site the answer YES. We can participate in signature campaign in some projects that allows newbie. We can look to it in altcoins sections. |
