How it works:
You have a Centra wallet connected to the debit card.  You select which token you want to use and when you use the card, your crypto gets converted to fiat at the time of purchase.  So the receiving end gets fiat.  Usable anywhere that MasterCard is accepted.

No fiat cash?  No problem, use any ATM and convert your crypto for fiat for withdraw like any debit card!

Hi, how is the rated calculated when paying? That is, do I know at the moment how much spread is the company charging? What typer of cards are these?

Centra has a CCE module that will find the current currency conversion for the crypto you select and convert crypto to fiat real time when you swipe your card.  The card is mastercard and can be used anywhere mastercard is accepted.  Online or brick and mortar store.

 If you write that the sale started around the world, so service centers should be scattered everywhere.And by the way Russia seems to be unavailable for Centra, a very large market.

Don't worry about the Russia bro you will find bitcoin will be legal on upcoming month so there will be many service and bitcoin debit cards are free to use it. I don't understand why you guys expect the service center for world wide shipping of debit cards. First ask for anymkemrantminer service centers in all the locations because people invested huge amount and shipping custom charges another burden for them. Check for online resolution with the card providers who have support team.
