As the topic name suggests, is it time to sell and invest in now growing coin that's BTH. And the recent procrashtination of Mr, Novogratz that the BTC will dip down to $8k,(https://coindelite.com/news/bitcoin-may-fall-to-8k-level-says-michael-novogratz/) should we start selling what if the price again increase after I sell?

Maybe it will, maybe it won't. It is difficult to predict when and how much it will drop. I had suggest that be there for long term and assured that it will give a good profit after that irrespective of volatility in between.

I guess it's all your decision, and when btc goes up after you sell it is your loss that you should be accepted. speculation in the crypto world has considerable risk. but worth the profit you can get. so you should do an investigation first

I think is more to be time to buy than to sell, because the lastest high went to 19K and currently its value decreased 25%

I don't think it's a good time to sell it now. The number of new investors in the three largest encrypt currency exchanges has steadily increased recently. This is a good phenomenon. For me i won't sell. But it is different for evrybody. We bought it at a low price so we are still in profit. And if the price will still drop i wouldn't hesitate in investing more on btc.

I think you should try to analyze to invest on Altcoin besides bitcoin, I see there is a significant difference about bitcoin price in every country, in my country the price of bitcoin is still high, while in china state seen bitcoin price decrease. selling bitcoin and buying Altcoin I think that's the right choice.

That is the main reason why weak heart ed ones will not gain anything with BTC, I had done it once when the value goes down significantly like this I was scared that money will be lost on my wallet, then after a day the price surge back up I can not do anything to put back my money to bitcoin because the price is too much buying back is not worth, I had regret so much back then, The lesson learned here is to put your trust on bitcoin because even if the price drop in a significant value just think of it as a correction than a drop, because it will gain a momentum to get back up and higher and even put up a bullish movement.

My only suggestion is that do not sell in loss. If you are in profit and worried about fluctuations, you can sell.

Yes, and it is the same type of people who were opening posts like: “Do you think bitcoin will reach $100,000 by July 2018?”. There were as many post like this before the dip as there are now with pessimistic titles.

I won’t sell. People tend to forget how fast we have gone up. I was actually expecting what has happened recently. I didn’t know when it would happen but I knew it would, as no asset keeps growing constantly without  significant dips.

It is better not to sell your btc now.Just wait for the price to hike as of the current trend the price of the btc went down so its better not to sell off btc thinking that the price will go even low.Some of the investors even panic thinking that the price will go down but it is likely to grow beyond 20k very soon before the end of December so it is better to hold on with your btc rather than selling off what you have.

No! As far as the price is declining, there is no point in selling as far as you are no longer want to remain in the game. This is how the cycle works, Bitcoin price increased by more than 1000% and now it is falling for the sake of stabilization and should not be the subject of worry, to be honest. I think it depends on the decision of the holder because we really dont know the roll of bitcoin price each day. Well, i think that we should not start to sell all of our Bitcoins. I believe that what's happenning right now is just a temporary, it will not be a permanent. Bitcoin's price decreases and fall because of the investors and earners exchanged their Bitcoins into fiats for the Christmas celebration and New year celebration. But after this event, Bitcoin will rise again if we tried to invest and trade more Bitcoins. We need to increase the demand of Bitcoin in able to increase its price.

To sell up your bitcoin because of the speculations of others is wrong. Am surprise to see people rushing to sell they bitcoin in this season due to wrong speculation and assumptions, I know the price will rise again very soon and those that sell because of the speculations and not for the need of it will have to buy back at high price.

Better not to sell right now, The bitcoins price in the market is pumping back. Better hold it and wait for another round of dip before selling.

If you sell today and price suddenly hit to increase you will the regret of doing selling all your btc. Just buy when the price of btc its dip and sell ofcourse when price is high for the taking profit.

Why just now you decided to sell. It's affect of FUD, for people who doesn't believe bitcoin have some correction but it will recovery back, they will fall in panic selling. I also understand that the sharp distance will greatly reduce traders' losses, as the difference in price becomes a benchmark in taking profits. But the trend that occurs when bitcoin prices fall almost all altcoin also experienced the same thing.

I absolutely agree . It’s up to you and the most important is you must to accept with your decision. But you should take a little time to think, then keep calm to  take your decision carefully. As you know that in btc, it has many risks but you have many chances  to face with obstacle, you will get much benefits. Well by the looks of it, the price is starting to go down now, so i think it is best to hold bitcoins for now, but the value is still a bit high though for someone to buy , so i think it is still good to sell bitcoins now.

For the current status of BTC is not really good to sell.

In my opinion, the current levels of bitcoin are already suitable for purchase. You can invest half the money now,
and the other half to buy bitcoin in case of a further fall. Although, I believe that now the price should jump even higher than $ 20,000.  Such a strong fall is quite natural.

The safest decision would probably be to not sell now but take advantage of the discount & buy the dip. This was just a healthy correction & the bull run should pick up again soon.

After such a huge correction in the price of BTC many people are wondering if they should hold or sell. Well that's a difficult decision for you never know when the price takes a new leap or a fall. Anyways if you sell now pn the basis of facts you mentioned and the price upsurges which is equally probable to happen, then you will have to bear loses. Anyways it has to be your decision.

With bitcoin I don't find reason for a specific buy as well sell time. It's all about the market, we need to make the decision based on the market circulation or else need to go with the price target. Only then it provide us with the ease of decision making on buying as well on selling.

Network isn't terrible, it's just that it is expensive to get next block confirmations. depends on your strategy. if you owned a lot of btc at lower price i'd suggest selling some now at 15K and wait for second leg of correction to 10K or below.

What he actually said was that he is unsure, but is still bullish, and believes the price will bounce between 10k - 16k USD.

I think if the price increase for a small price, I won't sell it now but I will wait for a while until I see the price increase so high because I think it is not worth for us to sell now but the profit is only small. it is better to wait the price increase higher so we can make a big profit. but if you have an urgent situation, then you can sell right now so you can fill your need.

No it is not a right time to sell.The price was round about 19000$ last week which clearly showed us it's potential of rising to new heights and now the price is 13000$ so why to sell at lower price ? I heard the same rumors about bitcoin going back to 8k. Well it's possible just like going back up to 19k. I'm personally supervising the price many times a day. I tend to disagree. You have to look at bitcoin in long term. Why in the hell you are going to sell it at red when you have all the chance to dump it when it surpasses $19,000? And if you need the money, then you didn't invest what you can afford. We all preached that, because this is such scenario that we want to avoid, selling at dip, so for me its a not a good practice. But I'm with you about the bitcoin not going to be pump at the end of the year. Like I said, I'm done for the year, I have taken so much profit this year that I want to start fresh in 2018 with a renewed interest. I don't think Mr. Novogratz is always right about the bitcoin price prediction. Yeah, he might predict so many things about bitcoin in the past that turned out to be wright, but nobody is perfect that is why i'm not agreeing with his statement this time. Don't see bitcoin going back to even $10,000 talk-less of $8,000 - I don't buy that line. Mr. Novogratz might be spreading FUD to make people sell their bitcoin so he can buy more bitcoins in a cheaper price.
