The transaction in the blockchain is unspent and unconfirmed.
You can double spend the transaction with a higher fee to another address, but you should do this before it confirms.

I don't think double spending in this case is possible, as you have no control over your private keys, and neither does HitBTC have this feature implemented (?).

I'd suggest to contact their support immediately, and ask them to stop broadcasting your transaction.

Also, -- Why in hell would you sent BTC to a USDT adress in the same exchange? I'm not sure what HitBTC's policy is, but even if the transaction confirms, the money is still recoverable, i'm just not really that sure if they're willing to do it for you.

It seems that they are indeed doing recoveries.

So if you indeed sent your BTC funds to a USDT adress  belonging to HitBTC, you should just open up a ticket, it will cost you ~100$, but it is definitely worth it ( since you would lose ~500$ otherwise.)

See both https://forum.hitbtc.com/discussion/655/appeal-to-hitbtc-please-put-in-a-cross-chain-recovery-policy-and-charge-for-it-but-return-coins

Their current (?) policy https://support.hitbtc.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005447669-Recovery-of-mistakenly-sent-deposits
