Yobit, which really is as small as it gets, charges 0.5 BTC - and this is not a guarantee, this fee is to review the coin for listing. That's about $6k or so right now? From what I recall, it is still possible for some exchanges to voluntarily list your coin if there is enough request from users, usually on Twitter and the like. But fee-wise, it currently costs even $50,000 for a few months worth of listing on some of the big names out there, according to Slack discussions of projects I've seen. Pretty good money for exchanges, yeah?
