To buy ethereum which wallet is the most efficient and I also mean with low transaction costs?

You can open an account on gdax and place a limit order to buy ethereum, they donot charge any fees. If you are asking about a wallet, I use myetherwallet.

I use myetherwallet too. I have been loving it and no issues so far. It support ERC20 and you are able to choose the fees you are comfortable with.

Create a wallet with myetherwallet, write down the Private Key + The public key (or just print it)

Use myetherwallet. You can modified transactions fees you want. I use it almost all the time i transacted with ethereum. Open ledger or hard wallet is the safest. You also can use it for investing for very long time no worry about hack or phissing. For daily use myetherwallet or meta mask.

I used MIST for a little while last year when I first purchased Ethereum. However when I started again this year I used MyEtherWallet and have never looked back. It is very flexible with the GAS price you should check the network first and then send at a GWEI price that is economical but still delivers quick transactions.

Yes myetherwalllet is one of the best wallet to stock your ethereum I use it for a couple of month and I dont see any problem from using it I suggest to you to secure your private and dont ever give to anyone to protect your wallet.
Then if you want to buy ethereum theres a lot of exchange site where ethereum are available like poloniex the fee are too low compare to other exchange site.
