Title: Thoughts on repurposing my old computers Post by: FloridaCoin on December 23, 2017, 05:06:34 PM I have upgraded my personal computer during the black friday sales and was thinking of turning it into another 6-8 card mining rig.
The specs on that machine are: I5-4670k or (I3-4130 <--spare) 8gb DDR3-1600 MSI Z87-G45 Gaming MB Has anyone had any experience with this motherboard? or would you sell off the system and by newer hardware? I was curious because it has 7 PCI-E slots. I would most likely run SMOS for the OS. |
