Why tweak the coin cap down? - To advertise it as potentially worth 20x more than bitcoin. To separate their coin from others, the coin becomes a "bullion" and is akin to an asset destined for "long term investors." To distinguish their bullion from the "other" pump and dump agenda coins, their thread begins with how their coin is obviously not. Do not be fooled "long term investors."
