hi man, first if you need to ask this you should get back to reading before you do something.

don't invest in something you don't understand.

but what btc is low buy it and hodl an if it raises you get more money. or keep an eye on the alts and invest in those, or go to daytrading. look at the pumps and dumps and react to it

What is an 'Investment'

An investment is an asset or item that is purchased with the hope that it will generate income or will appreciate in the future. In an economic sense, an investment is the purchase of goods that are not consumed today but are used in the future to create wealth. In finance, an investment is a monetary asset purchased with the idea that the asset will provide income in the future or will be sold at a higher price for a profit.

You buy Bitcoin. You hold Bitcoin. You sell Bitcoin. The holding part is the investment. The selling part will net you profits or losses, depending on if the value you sold the Bitcoin for is greater or less than it cost you to buy it.

OK thanks do heads up. Are you also into the alts and did you mean altcoin?

What "alts" are you referring to?
