That is so far from being called as a tool, it is just a Twitter account for certain altcoins price. Knowing the fact that there are already so many people out there doing the same thing like this, you probably need to find a new idea.
At first, by reading the title of the topic I thought this is some kind of a chrome extension or something. Turns out, it's not.

it's just a twitter account, and it does not look like a tool, even your tweets look vague, until your access on twitter is restricted, maybe you want to make trading signal service, but you did not explain in detail about the trading signal you created.

Anyway a nice bot that tweets some specific altcoins out there but its useless since the account dont have some decent followers. If you can implement this bot to a telegram bot then it might something better.

I do not see any tools here, and this twitter account is currently limited, is there any problem here? Is this a useless tool? I think I need to experience to be able to evaluate it.

Indeed, it's just a twitter account which is maybe a bot.
Moreover, a twitter account isn't really helpful to notify about altcoins due to many accounts (following or followers) which update every second, you can't get notified unless always check the last tweet of a twitter account. In this case, better to visit coinmarketcap and watch over a specific coin that you want.

If you are planning to mark some sort of signal notifier of something, I would suggest you to use Telegram instead!

Literally every one has Telegram, and the usage of it is more frequent.

And also don't forget that you will only succeed if you have 50k+ members and target low trading cap cryptos.
