ADA and LTC, if the Cardano team delivers its going to be a better alternative that Ethereum and LTC is old, cheap and is quietly being used as a medium of exchange (should be bitcoin but you know... fees matter...)

in 2018 coin that will hit most are privacy coins because of payments, i think in 2018 Amazon Ebay will start make payment method also with coins, and privacy coins will have very big advantages for this.

LTC? Litecoin has already went up by a lot of money, it increased by more than 3000% during this year, i can not understand how are you expecting to see another huge rise from this coin.

And Cardano? It has grew up a lot, obviously that the bullish trend could continue but it would be difficult.

From $0,02 (when it got listed) to more than $0,52. It touched that mark and then it went back again, but it is slowly going up at the moment.

I dont know, for me, Reddcoin will be a giant one.

Gonna agree with this. Verge is finishing off the year strong and looks promising for 2018. Also bullish on Ripple and Stratis.

XSPEC is a hidden gem. This coin has amazing technology and will explode in 2018. It has amazing full time delevopers and is a privacy focused coin.

There's high chance IOTA hits the moon  again.

Still BTC is the one that hit big in 2018 despite of all speculation this currency will stand firm until digital currency will be legalized worldwide,i am not expecting that much but i am still hoping hopefully it will be legalized someday we all benefits if this will be happen true and BTC i am sure it will hit big in 2018.

XSPEC is a coin you can still get cheap. It will definitly go 100x-1000x in 2018. This is an absolute sleeper coin.
It's got amazing privacy technology, full-time developers, and it's still got a low price. The supply is not in the billions unlike Verge,ripple and all these other coins that will never hit high prices.

There are many coins that can bloom next year but my best coins is verge. We can see now that the price of this coin increases by almost triple in the last few days. Verge is around .01 cents 3-4 days ago but now its price is around .25 cents already. I believe that the privacy coins will have a good future for me so I think verge will bloom next year

I will say all altcoin will hit big in 2018 because with bitcoin price now is too expensive, I think every dev wants their coin increase too and they will adjust their price to something new. we can see in every exchange, all coin now compete to break the highest price and make all of us get a big profit. for every coin that you have, how much percentage that you made? I guess you can book more than 50%, right? and now you can easily to get 1 bitcoin in these situations.

XBY will go big in 2018 for sure. Even after this recent surge it is still only $100M Mcap going against projects like ETH, IOTA, EOS and NEO which are in the $billions and they are offering tech that even those projects can't compete with.

Final public testnet is iminent after already having two previous successful public testnets. If this one is a success then its going to take off fast as tech will be proven. In this testnet users will be able to test the core platform and the first two core modules XCHANGE (DEX) and XCHAT on the new XCITE client/wallet which will be the new core of XBY going forward. XCITE runs on desktop and mobile devices and in the testnet people will be able to try both so that is huge.

Going to be the first Gen 3 blockchain on the market too.

My prediction is for the alts that hits on 2017. Many people says that NEO will moon in 2018, don't forget the Ripple and IOTA... Not sure about big profits with NEO in 2018... You can do some short for Electroneum and for 1y investemment... maybe Universa they have some very promising coming contracts... (will run banc system on Ripple that will be runned on Universa)... «accodring to the last news»... Also I think with Monero you can have a good profit in 2018 and Go Network, this one will be huge  ;)

Spectrecoin is a winner, for sure.  Privacy coins are the wave of the future, and XSPEC has some of the most robust privacy and anonymity technology available.

There are only around 21 million in circulation, yet the price is still well below $2.  This is not likely to remain the case for long.

This is one coin which should easily reach $20 within a year, and it would still be grossly undervalued, imo.

My heart really goes to Ethereum on this one, even with all of the things that happened before this year ends, ethereum still stands strong. The transaction issue and that crypto game messed up and clogged ethereum transactions which made its value drop but regains once the issues were sorted out. Its price increased even greater than it actually was before all of those occured. Now, while bitcoin's value is dropping and still unstable, ethereum is still consistent with its price, not that high but the stability of its value is what it is going to be the reason why it will be big next year. I am hoping that it will, and might be the next bitcoin, if not, the next big altcoin in 2018.

My pick is quite simple - Icon and AION. These two Blockchain 3.0 projects shold have a capitalisation like Cardano.

Will there be a surge in next year? I think it's GXS, IPFS, CVC. If next year is still a bull market, then almost all tokens will rise.

I think that IOTA will experiment an increase in his valuation even bigger than the produced this year. I guessed that some privacy coins will experiment a huge increase too but I wouldnt bet my money on a specific currency yet.

i see potential from ethereum. so i earn a lot of it and wait for next year to be a big hit. i was investing ethereum since i know this bitcoin and it never disappoint me.

To my humble opinion Electroneum(ETN) will hit high in 2018 because the project is gradually getting acceptability globally after their recent successful lunch. With the recent introduction of mobile apps for mining the coin is creating waves. It's also ranking 47 in coinmarketcap, an indication of a big company.

With the growth of investors and platform user ZRX should see some huge gains; XVG and TRX are also growing along with SC.

Oyster Pearl PRL is the biggest hit next year. It's underrated but now it's totally transformed into the most progressive and aggressive coin according to volume increase.

I think it's hard to figure it out, we all can only speculate. and I think there are some altcoins that have a future, I think you should try to search and investigate. I have some altcoin that I hold for as long as I can.

I held back some of the altcoin that became the mainstay. eth, waves, ctr and still others. I think all of this is someone's choice and speculation. the most important thing is always to involve experience and knowledge to choose altcoin.

DECENT will start the first month of next year with a big bang. They just had major announcement on their channel and they are planning to team up with popular indie filmmakers.

I think Electroneum may reach $ 0.4 . I own some ETN and I'm holding them till they reach this figure.

I consider CMT, PKT, ARN, WRC as promising altcoins in 2018. These coins are created on the successful business projects basis and are aimed at the expansion of successfully operating industries.

2018 is the Altcoins year. A lot of the alcoins projects mature in 2018. The whole roadmaps of ICO points to 2018 so there will be a boom. However, all utility coins or tokens will soar. PRL, BQX, ETH, Storm will be the coins to watch out.

I guess,  Siacoin. which crypto currency to invest in before 2018 - siacoin. Siacoin is currently ranked in the Top 40 of all coins based on the market cap of slightly above $200 million dollars. There are about 28 billion Siacoins in circulation and it will hit the cap of over 40 billion soon enough.

I think XSPEC should be big in 2018. The adoption is growing with his anonymous features and future wallet version update. Actually at $1.6, could make x10~x20 in coming months.

Litecoin do really have a potential to increase its value even in the past months and because of christmas, The value increase even more. I will look further on cardano if it was really a good investment but for now i am currently holding my ethcoins, The value of bitcoins is decreasing and that is the reason for ethcoins value to increase further more.

I am a believer of electroneum. Sure, its old tech and doesn't offer much innovation but it is designed especially for mass adoption. Wait till they have enabled the mobile 'mining' it will surely skyrocket.

Amazon and Ebay gonna try to use methods to get paid by those coins but it doesnt matter which one has to be right? As long as they get paid.

REQ, POWR, QSTAMP, TENX, SNT and the list goes on, active development with ambitious vision is what i'm looking for, these alts are looking strong for weeks and could go off when key milestones reached among anyone of them. Still there are lots of underdog that i missed, probably those with revenue sharing, which their success is indicated by their product exposure like COSS, KUCOIN or gamble related like TFL.

i have been following the project for a while now. the management team of Aion is extra ordinary. I will not be surprise if AION hit hard this year. I check the coinmarketcap, I cant believe this coin has gone up to $8 just less than 5 month when the ICO was announced. it now in the top 100 crypto now. the coin was below $3 during presale. the crowdsale was cancelled when the team discover they have enough fund to do the project

Remember when everyone talked up these same coins and maybe a few others last year? But if we look at the ones that made it big, and I do not simply mean only in price, it was the ones with the most solid and recognized development teams. Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin (the winner in terms of price percentage actually). And they all took their time, years we are talking about. So do not worry, even if your coin does not make it big in 2018, if it has the right potentials in place, it eventually will.

I will say the anonymous coins will be big in 2018. There will be much gouverments in 2018 who will regulate and controll cryptocurrencies or forbid. Thats why anon coins like XSPEC will be that what people will need in some countrys. With the stealth mode on xspec its possible to use cryptocurrencies in countrys where its forbidden.

If I had to take a guess I would say ethereum is the most likely to hit big in this market this year, there is so much potential and the investors in ethereum are loyal to the project and it will go further.

I don't know for sure because so many coins that already reach a lot of gain, even then they are dropped again. But let say ADA and Waves, they have a good charts and promising future.

I think ethereum and wepower are like ethereum can be guessed but Wepower has not done the flip yet and we will come to places we can not even imagine, I think the investors are very strong and they will carry the project to better places

Ripple and Litecoin for me, those two have strong market even though most of the altcoins are in red.

It's hard to predict which ALT-COIN will make a big hit in 2018. Because these rankings are all the same. We have to decide and invest and continue our way.

I think ETH is the best altcoin for the 2018 because it is the queen of the crypto market

i think neo will hit the market very high. we all know that neo right now is in the top 10 altcoins. basically the investor would invest in NEO because it is trusted and china based

ETH is sure to be great for the future as well as the waves I think will increase for 2-3 more months and for tokens I recommend buying credit, it is very good for investment.

I think this is the time of ethereum because I see the development of the price is quite good although now the price is down again but I am sure until the end of the year ethereum price will be very high

I think the projects which are delivering good updates and has a good team are the ones I'm bullish about. QTUM, ADA, GOLEM, GAS and PRG are some of the best coins out there, PRG is about launch there co-working space soon which is really going to take the value up high very soon.

Still sure ETH will be at least 0,5btc each at the end of this year.
And also erc20 tokens will boom

Its so hard to predict what coins will hit the most this 2018 because even bitcoin is not at good condition rightnow but in my thinking coins that probably hit this year are xrp, cardano, eth and neo also.

I will give priority to the Forty Seven Bank project. Currently, the project has reached more than 13,000 ETH and the foundation of the project operates mainly in the Bank. The team has many years of experience in finance and technology. A clear and concrete roadmap for project development.

Alts have a decent future ahead, I think we will see more projects in coming times and it has a lot to deliver yet and we are already observing some good projects check out QTUM, AION, NEM and TAU. These projects are in my good books have faith in these.

Altcoins and ICO are predicted to be the investment trend of 2018. So I think that by the end of 2018, Houbi will go to the moon, predicting the exchange rate will be up to $ 10.

i think that year will be a low volumes and volatility

This is my personal opinion based on what i learned and researched.

I think we are staggered by this new market, all predictions do not have enough grounds to find out what the real bronze is breaking through the year. But sometimes our beliefs for some reason make us like and want to own it

it still difficult to determine which coin that will hit big in 2018 because every coin want to show off their power and they want to reach the highest price. maybe there are any unpredicted coins that will jump and makes hit because many people still underestimate the coins so the coins need to show the power. there will be many coins that will increase higher in this year because they are too long to stay at the bottom and I think now it's the time for them to increase higher.

My opinion is that this coin should be with an alpha product, which has already benefited the entire population and managed life. which coin can be paid in the store by a card without problems
