I sent 0.23145015 BTC to Bitfinex to change for altcoins. The problem is the transaction was confirmed 6+ but don't appear in Bitfinex. I'm not using Bitfinex, but it seems to be an issue on their side. I'd wait a couple hours, verify that the address used in the transaction is really the one in your BF account and write them a ticket.
