Taking the example of Westerncoin now technically forcing investors into lending their coins by increasing lending price as against external exchange price (which is the real market price). Yes, there are two different price levels for the coin. Glasscoin is also there and not doing well in the market. I would advise anyone intending to join the ICO to wait until the coin is listed on CMC.
