For me #1 is Binance. Love the platform, buying and selling is smooth.  All in all excellent. I would like to see improvement in charting for me to daytrade.
#2 would be Bittrex. 
Have a bad experience with Poloniex.  Didn't loose any money with them but I wouldn't use them again.

When it comes to the support of bittrex, you need to wait months for their replies, some complaint tickets remain unresolved even after months.
Poloniex is the best one among centralized crypto exchanges, it has low fee and satisfied customer support than any else exchanges in the market.
You can also use changelly.com for immediate exchanges between cryptocurrencies without providing identity documents

I use Polonix, it works less. But I think in 2018 there will be enough other new competitors, not worse in many ways. It remains to wait a little :)

yes, I also agree with you and I am very happy with the withdrawal limit for accounts that have not yet verified. this is very easy for users to trade, unlike bittrex because I have difficulties in verifying the account.

But many also think that both the biggest and best market and did not rule out the advantages and disadvantages of each.
