Great Idea! But Whitepaper? How the platform earn? The users that post a photo how earn?

It's mentioned in "Proof of Like", if very briefly so: users make and upload visual content ( photos, videos, live streams, photo stories, pictures ) = other user makes "like's" (like it’s proof of view) = we show the advertisement = advertisers pay in YOU tokens for the advertisement  = views of ads generate profit and we share it with the authors. In our statistics, for every 100 likes, people make a minimum of 700 views!

• Also, we have photo contests with prizes in YOU tokens.

• Photoquests with tasks and games in the photo.

• Smart contracts between advertisers and popular bloggers.

• Also, users will be able to sell their photos.

But perhaps the most important thing for us, part of our profits, 10%, will go to charity.
We will also provide an opportunity for users to donate to charity between 5 to 100% of the profits  that they receive for their visual content

1. Why is there no Info about competitors in white paper like Steepshot (GOLOS/STEEMIT), BUSY(STEEMIT), GALACTIKKA etc all this are blockchain based platforms?
2. As I understand the money will be taken from the ICO?
3. I do not understand why you need so much ETH?
4. There no technical details, why?
5. Only 1% for Bounty?

Sounds interesting, Though I never used Instagram. And I don't like selfies and food shots etc.
