There so many crypto exchanges that are user-friendly base on what they look, but unfortunately most of them are not customer friendly, customer supports responds too long and will take weeks and even months. If you want to buy bitcoin in Saudi arabia I'll suggest that go on localbitcoins here https://localbitcoins.com/country/SA, always choose a trusted seller that has many activities and positive reviews.

Everyone has their favourite,or exchange to be avoided. Problem is support in the large established exchanges can be poor and it is difficult to trust new exhanges until they receive feedback.

There are many user friendly platform such as, BitOasis, CEX, and Coinbase. Here you can read (in Arabic) more about them and how to purchase ETH, BTC, etc.

I personally prefer HBUS. I just think it's the best place to exchange cryptocurrency as of now

For Bitcoin -> Altcoins, use Binance (https://www.binance.com/). They allow you to withdrawal 2BTC worth of coins per week, so if you always withdrawal less than that per week, you don't need to do any ID verification.
