Kindly advice me which one is best exchange platform and user friendly for BTC

and how can i buy BTC or other cryptocurrency from Saudi Arabia

There so many crypto exchanges that are user-friendly base on what they look, but unfortunately most of them are not customer friendly, customer supports responds too long and will take weeks and even months. Everyone has their favourite,or exchange to be avoided. Problem is support in the large established exchanges can be poor and it is difficult to trust new exhanges until they receive feedback.

For Bitcoin -> Altcoins, use Binance (https://www.binance.com/). They allow you to withdrawal 2BTC worth of coins per week, so if you always withdrawal less than that per week, you don't need to do any ID verification.
