VirWoX accepts debit cards through moneybookers. It takes 2-3 days for your account to be verified after your first purchase, but after that all transactions are instant. What are you having trouble with? You can't buy the BTC directly. You buy SLL and then transfer SLL to BTC. But once the account is verified it only takes a few extra seconds to do so.
