I wonder does this box reduce enough noise. I am using 5cm styrofoam for outside and 2.5cm for inside and glue them together.

It will do a good job of choking your S9 to death.

Both ends are open for airflow.

+1. The airflow path is too restrictive.

Its an industrial miner that makes industrial sounds. Choking it to death because you didnt research the unit properly before buying seems like a bad idea.

I wanna  exploit my dormitory free electricity (we share one kitchen with 2  rooms, and share power bills with entire building). I am aware of sound that s9 makes. Not sure how much sound these cheap carton doors block.

If i use these  https://www.arvutitark.ee/est/tootekataloog/corsair/35237 in both ends,  should it make cooler?

And ofc if i can't find solution i am gonna use friends garage where he is already mining coins.

You cannot use any other fans apart from identical cfm/rpm design due to the cooling. They are noisy because they need that much airflow over the heatsinks. Do you not think that if they could have used a slower quieter fan that it would be fitted as standard?!  The whole noise/fan issue has been covered to death on the forum in various places. Please take a good look around and do some research.

Sorry i did't express myself clearly. These fans were meant to be as extra in both ends of the box.

Keep in mind that when fans are in series the CFM is limited to about the lowest CFM in the series.  I think the static pressure will increase a little with fans in series.
This is the reason stacking fans to get more flow doesn't really work.

They would actually cause more restriction. You want at least the same spec fans supplying and exhausting air. You could use acoustic ducting with an inline fan to help the exhaust. Again this has been covefed in the forum befofe numerous times.
