is it possible ? im really confused and dont have any idea about it

in order to receive "money" you will need a bank account, a credit card, PayPal account, or your home address so others can send you cash via mail!
i don't see where does a phone come in and why would you think that!

in order to receive bitcoin, since this is a bitcoin forum!, you need a bitcoin address which you can create with a computer. a smart phone can do that too. but you still don't "need" a phone.

If it is fiat currency why not? We can recieve money by  use of physical money but in terms of digital currency, I don't think so. Digital currency is only available online and I think you can use tablet, laptop or computer if you don't have cellphone but you must have a legit account wherein you can verify the transactions.

It seems to me that OP was referring to the fact that many exchanges and wallets require a smartphone to activate 2 factor authorization. Of course you can find the service who does not require it but do not forget that it is your safety. Now you will save on the purchase of smartphone and tomorrow you lose all your savings. Is it worth it?

It is possible to keep money without a smart phone. For secure transactions, a smart phone is always required.

you can, but I think it will not be maximal, meaning that I'm worried about losing money if I do not have a smartphone, because we need security like authy, to secure the account.

If you can’t afford or get yourself to use a phone, you might as sell forgot about this cryptocurrency thing. A smart phone nowadays is a necessity, not just in everyday life, but also in bitcoin trading.

it is not mandatory to have phone , if you have computer ,  laptop that also should do to receive money , but phone is an optional like smart phone etc. but for  the cash fiat currency you dont require, but for the digital currency even computers and laptop will work if you dont have a phone , because cryto wallets can be stored on desktop also and you can have paper wallets also.

Depending on you take it from physical money or virtual money. If your physical unag requires only a bank account instead of a phone. And if it's virtual money you can pass your laptop or pc. the phone just to make it easier for you to connect to your virtual account, which you can access anywhere.

This is a confusing question. Nobody needs a phone to earn BTC. If you have a computer, tablet, or notebook with an internet connection, you can have a public address to send / receive / save your BTC.

Any device with internet connection is enough to work with BTC.

I completely agree. Phone is just a platform or tool which can give users more friendly accessibility, control and mobility with safety and security. Phone is a very person thing of use and with phone user can access internet easily with domestic network provider.

Yes user just only need internet connectivity to connect to network via qt client. Which can be accessed with various platform as Windows, Linux, Mac, Android etc. internet is the only need to connect to node where user can access their own wallet with client to transact or store cryptocurrencies.

For you to receive bitcoins, you will need a Bitcoin address and access to the internet. You can give your Bitcoin adress to somene on a piece of paper <because it is the same as your Bank account number> and they can send bitcoins to that address.

You can store your bitcoins on a paper wallet <phone not neccessary> and people can still send bitcoins to that address.

If you want to access those coins, then you would need a phone or hardware wallet and access to online services.

You dont need a phone to receive bitcoins now or at any time since its inception so i am not sure where that question came from. I have seen desktop wallets that have been offline for like a week or two and they still received bitcoins when they synced to network. Now you will need to have access at some point to receive the bitcoins where you can spend them as in a transfer.

the title is money, even don't have a phone you still can use laptop. bank account only need phone for formality and you can use internet banking to manage your money. i answer this because the title is only if don't have phone

Even if you dont have a phone as long as you have a gadget or an accessory that can have internet or can access your wallet then you would be good to go. Especially now that evrything can be made accessible nowadays with so kany innovations having a phone is second only

Yes you can receive money even if you don't have a phone but atleast you have a bank account or identification card here in our country you can receive money on cardless atm.

when you received money sometimes it based on t he paypal,credit cards,ATM and address i don't think you need a phone to receive money. even though you don;t have a money you can received money all other the world because all you need to received the money is your name , your address now and the transaction number. the transaction number is the most important to all 

Well your question isn't that clear.. maybe you are trying to say that is it possible to receive bitcoins without the usage of any mobile app.
To be clear you need a wallet and there are wallets that are specific to computers or laptops too..
Since you are using bitcontalk.org you do have an access to Internet through some source and as long as you have internet everything is gonna be just fine .

There are online wallets.. wallets for your pc.. hardware wallets and ypu can explore the question further ahead...

Phone is not a must.As far as selling crypto coins and transferring the amount to our bank accounts,even if you have a laptop,its enough.What you need is a device and an internet connection to get access to exchanges or platforms for trading and receiving money.But if you have a smart phone,it would be smart enough since you could easily carry it with you where ever you go.

Yes you can receive money. But phone is the more easily device that you know about the money already send and what time is it coming to your house.  What date you should for the money transact and send to your house.

to receive bitcoin payment you only need an address on a piece of paper (which includes the public address), to send bitcoin you need a phone/laptop unless its a gift to someone that trusts you, in this case you can send it as a paper wallet (which includes public address and private keys). As for traditional banks, you need a phone for 2fa verification its not mandatory in all banks as  far as I know.

You can live without a phone, and you can earn money without using the phone. With a note you have a laptop or pc and internet network, you can earn money on the internet especially bitcoin. if I'm more comfortable using a laptop to open bitcointalk.org in every day.
I think now is what makes it hard to earn money/bitcoin is getting it. I think it takes a long process to get bitcoin unless you have a lot of capital and invest in bitcoin or altcoin. And if nothing else to do is learn about cryptocurrency and how to get it.
