Title: Problem with multibit

Hi,

Few months ago, i format my computer and i forgot to save anything about multibit.
NoW, i just have my password and my bitcoin adress but i dont know the private keys
Sorry if someone ask already about that but im a newbie
Even i searched i didn’t find. Sorry and thanks if someone can help

Password and BTC address does not mean anything,you need your private keys or seed to gain access to yours BTC.Since you format your hard disk months ago, it is difficult to recover data because they are probably overwritten many times.I would not say it is impossible to some data could be found,but you need to know how&where to search.

You can try to search "data recovery on formated PC" and you will see many options,depending on how much BTC you have in that wallet you can decide is it worth to invest time&money in an attempt to save lost data.
