Post by: danialzo on December 26, 2017, 01:36:52 PM
Does anybody here have experience with these server style (closed case) casing to accommodate 10-12 GPUs? most of them all you to install 10 fans (5 intakes + 5 exhausts). Can't find any good/honest review on youtube or here!

Something like this: https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/customized-7-5U-12gpu-bitcoin-miner_60683004952.html

Go 4U, you can fit 8gpu easily in a 4U. so 8u will give you 16gpus.

You could always cheat one rig with a 16 PCI board and long usb 3 cable, but that's asking for trouble.

Any experience with heat/airflow management?

properly cooled, it's cooler then OPEN air build. Also easier to manage heat direction and cold intake.

I'm never going open again.
