Do believe that in the end of this year bitcoin well get back to higher price?

This question is repeatedly asked here in the forum, and you guys should accept the fact that no one knows and no one can predict exactly what will happen to the price of bitcoin. As for me i think it will stay as it is as today's price.

in the year 2009 the price of the bitcoin was lesser then 1 dollar but in the 2017 it has reached to 18000 dollars

I'm not sure of bitcoin will be higest by the end of the year, but Bitcoin will stand up as high, would not fall more. But for next year, I trust price of bitcoin will be move to highest to against before.

Not likely. This is the last week of the year, there is not much time or good reason for it to suddenly jump, but by February or March it should be definitely higher.

I dont think so, we know that the price of bitcoin is unpredictable. But I believe bitcoin is never fall.

Well the price of Bitcoin changes constantly and you cannot predict the price , as of now the price is 16025.25$

we can not predict exactly, whether bitcoin will rise again at the end of this year or not?
but certainly, bitcoin will always live and set a new record in the future.

If 2017 ends at around $16K, then it is still better than what almost everyone had expected. Remember, at the end of November we were here, talking about whether the price would hit $10K before the year was over. So $16K is already very high for me.
