I have an office/warehouse with 18,000 amp that is suitable for bitcoin miner. The unit size is 25ft by 70ft by 22ft tall. And I have 23 units. If you are interested, please contact me at 281-236-4405.

So where is this office/warehouse in Houston?  You have 23 miners?  Are you trying to build a mining farm in Houston? Some more details would be appreciated OP.

The office/warehouse is located on 10142 Jones Rd between 290/FM1960. I am welcome to all investor who would like to have a bitcoin mining farm in my building.

What are the 23 units? Warehouses? Also, what are the specs for the investors? Prices that you are charging? How will they get their miners to you? What are your plans for hurricanes/flooding? Any other information would be helpful.

What is power cost per kw? How clean and dry is it? Are they cooled (Houston is a hot and wet place)? Completely sealed cleanrooms? Are there internet connections in each room?

Just a heads up to save someone the pain of learning this the hard way - but just because a building has a transformered or breakered capacity, doesn't mean it's SERVICE level from the power company matches it.  You'll need to contact the local power company and have them do an onsite service verification, then they'll be able to tell you exactly how much power is available.  Typically it takes about a week, and it's always been free from any utility I've worked with - and perhaps the arkbar could proactively do this, as it would certainly be something anyone considering this location would need.  Also make sure to stipulate it will be a constant load when ordering the analysis, otherwise they may assume it will be variable, as most loads are... Basically, unless the building had a high power user who occupied it within the last 12 months, in most cities the utility can re-alloc that power to someone else - and it's not a minor change to get it back, it might end up consuming every available at whatever switching station is closest to you.  I ran into this a few years back when looking at a place that had 4MW, but after doing the service verification turned out to only have about 500kw - so definitely impacted the deal.

BTW; cool to see a property owner/manager actively looking for this - I will tell you that I think miners probably make one of the best/low impact tenants, apart from the power consumption side of things, or the noise from air handling.

You have to ask CenterPoint Energy and give them your electrical calculation so they could provide you. Arkbar buildings have been provided with 480V-3 phase -5000amp per building (and I have 3 buildings). It is up to you to decide what scale of operation that you need.
