Exchanges that are really private and nice ones that are super secure support a fork only when .. they make sure that the forked coin is safe enough to be established in their market thus you cannot say anything beforehand ..
Because.it will for sure.. be decided later on ..then only can we decide ..
So.. this question.. will be answered by the sites and exchanges and wallets itself.

Far as i know binance is the only one who is always accepting new forks, the shitty ones too.

I've heard they have btc drops at this segwit2x fork, any news if exchanges like cryptopia/hitbtc/bittrex/binance etc. support the fork ?

So yes, they will probably list that fork too, but tell me, why do you want to claim that crap fork?

It is not even going to be worth $5 each just like it happened before with the previous forks.

If you are honest enough, dont claim that crap

You can always checkout the official notification or mail form the concerned exchangers if you are registered with them. They will always publish everything on the site and as far as I know about the HitBTC it is going to support the project with full fledged so no need to have concerned about it. Other exhjcnegrs are pretty big and we shall wait for the proper announcement made from their side. We can also look at the notification bar of the yobit and they have already published the support for upcoming hard forks. They will support it too. As far as others are considered they have always been good exchangers for the new coins and welcomed it in firs glance.

Don't worry some exchange will support it for sure, if others don't it will just take some time for them to adopt as well. You need to understand that if we want forked coins on exchanges we need some influential people who can prompt the coin to major exchanges - like Roger Ver and others pull this off with Bcash. You will have to wait for it to pick up some volume on few exchanges until some other decides to support it when they see they can make profit out of it.

There's not been any official confirmation yet, but I'd expect Binance (https://www.binance.com/?ref=10189628) to support it. They gave BTC holders BCC, BTG, SBTC, BCX & BCD already (although BCX & SBTC aren't tradeable or transferable yet).

you should be seeing an announcement on the exchange that your using and for sure yobit.net is always supports this forked coins. some bitcoin faucets like freebitco.in and faucethub.io are also supports this segwit and hard fork. some bitcoin wallets can also support it as long as you have the ability to import or export your own private key like the ones on electrum and blockchain.

Yobit are well known for supporting all kind of forks and even offering future betting on them before the fork. hitbtc lately are having terrible support but starts supporting known and unknown forks.

You need to check every exchange for every fork.

It depends on exchange. Some will give you forked coins and some won't.
Why do you need exchange to get forked coin anyway?
Hold your bitcoins at your wallet and claim these coins yourself.

Some exchange platforms dislike Bitcoin forks very often. But in the practice happen that this is a question of time. Later most of the forks become accepted by many platform so there are no serious restrictions here.

They don't really like the idea of forking but for other exchanges they like it since it's like a free coin to them and to their clients as well.

When forks are happening it's either they'll announce or not. In their part, there's nothing to lose if they are not going to support that fork since they can use those coins that are deposited on their wallet and use it to claim the forked coin and it's a profit for them.
