Title: Which miner is better GUIMiner or BitMinter?

I new to mining...
I have been working with BitMinter and Slush's Pool.

So I been using the BitMinter Client for BitMinter and GUIMiner for Slush's Pool.

What I notice was that with GUIMiner I get more mhash/s than I do with BitMinter.

Do anybody know why?

Also is it possible to mine at BitMinter with GUIMiner?

Should get it in the next day or two. ;) Order it last week.

But what software should I use with my ASIC?

and its an Erupter Block.
