Currently it is rising and with upcoming number of forks dip is highly unlikely in near time. But then again bitcoin is unpredictable. Currently, it will continue to rise, so I would suggest you to play safe and only buy at dips. Although, I am sure price will continue to rise till 20k, still it is more risky to buy now than at dips.

Bitcoin is volatile and it can change every time we would trade.

But with what happened, the price did wen through a correction last week and this will be enough for bitcoin to increase.

No one knows when will it get through a dip again.

Bitcoin is considered as volatile currency because it changes its rate from time to time.  So, the increasing and decreasing value of bitcoin is expected.  There is a chance that bitcoin value will continue to decrease nowadays because of the holiday season.  By that, it is the best time now to buy bitcoin instead of selling bitcoins.  This is the perfect opportunity because after the season, bitcoin value will rapidly increase again.

Bitcoin rates are on the rise again, it is expected to keep rising, its unpredictable low rates may not be far from recent holidays and break in between that have seen some investors  expending in this period. The rate for now will be the best for those who wants to buy to do so as the year 2018  will experience an exponential rise of this crypto called Bitcoin.
