I try to log in to the web wallet and I can't. I know all my passwords and data, but when I press "Log In" nothing changes... I can log in on IOS but I can't log in on WEB wallet... Go to the standard one[1], paste your wallet ID in the first field (you should be able to get it on your email), your password and log in. If it doesn't work even after you click the log in button, try to use a different web browser.

If you want to log into the mobile wallet you have scan from your mobile application to the website. If you know how to access the Whatsapp web from the mobile app means you can be done this very easily. Preferrably, Try logging in from another device aside from the ios and what you're currently using. Do you have your backup phrase? That's how blockchain.info works in the web browser, you must check your email address and look for the email that came from blockchain.info to verify that you did log in and after that you must wait for few seconds and then you'll login automatically.I also tried with Web version, but I have the same problem. I used 4 devices with different user agent and without any good result. I did a recover and everything is good with a new ID, BUT my imported wallet didn't connect to my new ID. Right now I have an access to my imported wallet only through IOS Blockchain App, so I transfer all my bitcoin to the safe place. I've found that on this imported wallet I also have BHC and want to transfer this money as well. But in this IOS App I can't find private key from the imported wallet, I only need to log in to the Web version to see it. Maybe it sounds ridiculous, but this is true... As I understand right I have an only chance if support will answer my request and solve this problem. Or when Blockchain will add BHC walet on IOS App and I can transfer this money as well. |
