Title: Problem with second vga card.
Post by: telegdyd on July 06, 2011, 05:44:15 PM
I have an Asrock N68C-s motherboard with a HD5830 in it.
Today i bought a PCI-e 1X extender(like this:http://img.alibaba.com/wsphoto/v0/425428622/PCI-E-extender-riser-card-1x-16x.jpg (http://img.alibaba.com/wsphoto/v0/425428622/PCI-E-extender-riser-card-1x-16x.jpg)), and a HD6850(because it was cheap).
I plugged them in, but windows 7 doesn't recognizes it.
I have a dummy in the second card.
What's the problem?

Please help me! ???

is your dummy working correctly? Try switching your monitor to your second card and seeing if it works then.

Check if the drivers are in.
