This forum is about Bitcoin in general, and is read by many Bitcoin users, developers, and service providers around the world. If you have a question about a specific Bitcoin business, it would be helpful to specify which of the many Bitcoin businesses you are having an issue with. If you are referring to Spend Bitcoins, they used to accept deposits at Commbank, but they don't any more. I don't remember why.
