I was wondering if there are a lot of Bitcoin/altcoin lotteries around, I have not seen too many sites offering this game.

Crypto-Games lottery is pretty popular and it's the one I like the most. Tickets are pretty cheap at 0.0001 BTC and the prizes range from 0.01 BTC to 0.5 BTC usually.
They also have a Litecoin, Ethereum and Dogecoin lottery.

The only other lottery I know of is the one at freebitco.in, but the chances of winning there are just too low for my taste. It's easy to get free tickets though.

Does anyone know some more websites that have a lottery? Please share if you do.

True flip as I know, nice site they advertise like worlds largest lottery platform, they even have their alt TFL if that means anything.
I like crypto games, they have been here for years but freebitco.in lottery is probably the longest scam ever, I never won anything there on dices, and I never was in first 10 lottery winners. I don't remember I saw anyone bragging here about it.

I don't think freecitco.in is actually a scam, I've seen some people post that they've won something there, they just sell enormous amounts of tickets.
I'll check out true flip, seems like it's something different than a normal lottery.

Seconded, Trueflip is also my choice among those Lottery-based gambling sites that do exist today. Not only that their own tokens is valuable or rising as of now. yabtcl is pretty nice lottery running for a long time and offering freerolls as well.

The trueflip lottery is dying due to Pump/Dump of its token value and poor promotion. I'm personally an investor of their casino and still hodling waiting for the dividend. Their lottery is good, The only problem is their sales is not that big and if ever their jackpot hit. I don't know if they still can refill it same amount since they don't have enough profit. I'm saying this because I observe their casino since I invested on their ICO and I will sell my token soon once there is no improvement.

If you are an investor for sure you would be on profits now if you do tend to sell out your coins. I dont have any recent updates on their performance of their lottery games but i would just say this is much better among on similar sites i have encountered.

I can suggest you to play on 999dice.
They have the lowest house edge from all the bitcoin gambling sites(0.1%).
They don't have a lottery system, but you can always set up what odds you want to play( so you can set it up to be a lottery, Very high reward, small risk).

They havd been here since 2013 and no one ever had a problem with them, that's the reason I feel comfort to suggest them.

I only know one gambling site who has lottery and that is freebitco.in and I think this is good because you can buy lotteries using you rewards points instead of bitcoin also there's really a good prizes thar this site offers though I haven't win with lotteries but I think this is one of the best you can try joining and see if your lucky enough to get the jackpot prizes

Lotteries aren't really popular around here, I guess. There are various reasons why lotteries aren't really getting enough attentions. First is that most lotteries are take a while to draw, and I think the cryptocurrency community doesn't like waiting. Another is that every bet requires that you deposit your bet on an address, and with today's transaction fees, that would be extremely ridiculous. Further, the prizes in lotteries around here are nowhere near what you can win over at real lotteries, this also means that the house edge of those lottery games are quite high if you calculate it.

As per me, on any site if you want to win a lottery you should be extremely lucky otherwise it is not possible to win a lottery. Also on freebitco site, the first price is around 1 BTC and you no need to spend your money to buy those tickets to try your luck. When winning chances are low in the lottery it is better to choose a free lottery system than paid one so I prefer freebitco site to try my luck in bitcoin lottery.

There's no assurance of winning in lotteries online and luck is the real score about it. Even with fiat lottery gambling the chances was too low and if I compared it with the future situations I had so many years no lucky wins experienced due to the probability is low. With bitcoin lottery, the idea isn't certain yet because i still had no experiences about it but I am open to discover new possibilities and suggestions can be helpful always.

It's the only lottery I play, because I just hang around there every single day. I've tried freebitco.in a couple of times back in the days, but no luck at all and I just left.  ::)

It's a faucet alright but you can earn up to 100$ in btc. And for free.
I wouldn't put my trust in a site that is "just" a lottery. To my knowledge there are none that are legit enough to make you take the risk of handing your money to a stranger. I've seen several projects of a btc lottery trying to launch on the forum but everytime the problems are the same: lack of trust, low profitability and the need of having several participants while most people don't give a damn about lotteries ^^

We are the only legit site that is carrying out lotteries. :) I know for a fact because I have checked a few sites offering similar services but there is nothing to hold their authenticity into consideration.

To an certain extent,I feel it's a scam.It's a place where noobs in the bitcoin scene end up.

To me freebitco.in is not a scam because i have won over 1btc there before even with 0.07btc, although i lost it at the end due to my greed and mistake, but right now am still winning free faucets there.

I also like freebitco.in it is easy and you can get free tickets as well. Also i do not think it is a scam as i was able to deposit and widthraw my bitcoin without any hassle.
I also known people who won from it although ido not know anyone who won the jackpot.

Yeah but the amount of bots make it impossible for regular users like you and I to ever win any jackpots.Look at the amount of tickets,do you think it's is very possible to win a lottery with 0% chances of winning with two tickets ? People use bots to buy tickets with different accounts which increases their chances from the total pool.

Agree and it is one of the famous lottories and faucet website ever. Since i am starting with bitcoin i started faucets on that websites and try to buy tickets hoping to win the jackpot and you could say that it has really very low chance to win the jackpot because of the traffic and a lot of user is buying and trying their luck too, also that mostly of the players are using bots in the website because mostly of the bots maker they will test their bots in that website based on what ive seen so far over the forum

I didn't even realize that people are using bots to play there, though it's not that surprising when I think about it.
And yeah, your chances are basically 0% or 0.0001% if you have a couple of tickets.

After reading some of the replies on this thread, I'll just stick to the Crypto-Games one, all others mentioned just don't have the same great chances of winning.

I know a few lottery sites but I have never seen someone winning a lottery out of bitcoin. I mean gambling lotteries are quite common but a standalone lottery is different. I would rather say its better to take part in certain giveaways worth 0.01 or so rather than going with lotteries atleast give away winners pay something and we can see the winner.

You know what the thing is about bots online? This doesn't only apply to online, but also live casino games such as slots. See, slot payouts are on a fixed basis... and once there is a lotto the chance of another one happening are very slim for a while.

It is easy enough to win them if you live in the casino because you can keep track of which machines are close to winning and which have recently been won and basically make a living doing that.

There's a lot of gambling site that offers lottery like freebitco.in but I didn't find it interesting because the chances of winning was very little compare to just making bet on dice game atleast with 49% chances of winning its more attractive to see though lotteries has big prizes but seeing how many people are into it I just lose hope of winning even I got thousand of entries or tickets.

Most of us already know that you can also win the same amount on dice games but it's not the same experience when you bet or join in a lottery like the ones from CG or freebitcoin.

There are still other lotteries out there but most of them are for promotional purposes. One good lottery I remember was pevpot by rhavar the site was bought by someone i'm not sure if they're still operating the site.

I see only Crypto-Games that has the cheapest lotteries with great opportunities.

I think freebitco.in isn't even worth trying. I don't think I am so lucky to win against so many bots, poor security and anti bot system. Trueflip is the most reputed online lottery I know of.

Trueflip's token has potential, could gain a lot of value with time.
Personally, I don't like online lotteries and lotteries in general but if I had to try, I would go to trueflip.

freebitcoin is my favorite. As far as I know it's the biggest one and some guy told me he won a Bitcoin from that site. So yeah there's that and I'm sire there are others.

Although if you think about it your odds of winning are always the same so there's no difference in having a favorite because if you win at another lottery, it will become your favorite. lol
