Title: BustaCoin - Crowd Sourced bustabit-lite litecoin casino
Post by: FluxTube on December 28, 2017, 01:27:01 PM
Hello everybody,

Today i launch my crowd sourced litecoin version of bustabit: BustaCoin
It's licensed by bustabit and will be launched end of januari 2018.

If you don't know bustabit, it might seem confusing. For everyone else, this is a great chance to become co-owner.

Start sales: December 28, 2017
Launch game: January 31, 2018

https://www.bustacoin.com

Update (28 dec 22:45 CET) In accordance with the owner of bustabit.com (@Ryan) i've decided to change the name for this project to LTCrash.com. This is to prevent people of thinking bustacoin is affiliated to bustabit, witch is not the case. This project is an independent project by bustabit-gamers and -lovers.

ŁTCrash.com (https://www.ltcrash.com)

Thanks

Good to see a new crypto gambling project. Are you going to create a new token and announce the crowdsale to launch this casino?

Yes, there will be a new token.
And the crowdsale is kinda happening already

You say co-owner as in one other person or as in alot of other people co-owing it?
Sounds like you are putting together an investment part for the site.
Am I right or wrong with this attempt in understanding what you plan with the site once it launches?

I mean co-owner as in a lot of other people.
And yes, currently we are in the investment part of the project. On januari 31 we will launch the game itself.

Interesting.
There is a site for ethereum use for a site similar to bustabit so why not one for litecoin.
And with an investment portion to the site it will make it more appealing to those who wish to just use that part of the site and become a sort of co-owner.
Good to know. ;)

Bustabit is a great casino and I guess the project is pretty cool as gambling with bitcoin becomes harder and harder, especially for people who don't want to spend a lot of money on gambling. Litecoin's transactions proceed within a minute and are extremely cheap. But why do you create a new token for this casino? Why not to accept ltc and make the casino operate on ltc instead? Is it done to make bigger profit (from the casino and from the token) or are there some other reasons standing behind such decisions?

Since you are not affiliated with bustabit, you might want to change the title of your post to have it say LTCrash instead. Just giving you a heads up.

I agree with you on credibility. OP, you should look into hiring a proofreader before you post updates / for tweaking content you write for your project in the making. Having no grammatical errors looks more professional and could make your project more appealing to future investors and players. :)

If OP is reading, I would love to help out in this regard.

I was a pretty big referrer for betcoin, made a list of improvements for taking the platform mainstream, then they apparently sold.  Improvements would be an assset to this tooooo

What is the guaranty for the investor's funds? Means is there any trusted member of this forum support this project?

If not, do you escrow investors funds until you gain a trust from the community?

Because if you ask people to become a co-founder of this project then there should be some guaranty for investor funds.

This fact somehow eluded me.
But yes, the site owner should have escrow enabled with the funds for the co-owners.
Cause as we all know you can not trust anybody with a large amount of funds as they can just disappear one day with out that line of assurance knowing that someone has the funds secured.
Just for that piece of mind for all parties involved in an outgoing business venture such as this one.

20%????
20 FUCKING % ????

I... Understand that founding is an important thing. And that you mostly invested money in the project and all.
But 20% of the ownership just for being the founder is too fucking high. You imagine? That means that beside people needing to trust you and your structure, cause you could always run with the money, no one knows who you really are, anyone investing is INSTANTLY losing 20% of the value of the investment.

That's not something you can promote xD
"hey come here, trust me without any actual reason and make an investment from which I'll take 20% at the beginning"

Your new site name does not look appealing to many people as putting the word Crash on it looks like a not encouraging name if your want to win. I like your first name better which is BustaCoin as obviously your game is related to what Bustabit is offering, after all you are supposedly licensed by Bustabit. Or if Bustacoin is really not an option for you anymore try finding a new name for your site which would appeal more to the majority.

Thanks guys, for all the suggestions.

I have thought about a way to guarantee, and an escrow service obviously crossed my mind. But even escrow services are about trust. And at one point, the funds should be released to the casino, and then the same problem arises. So i decided to do a crowdfund without escrow. And yes, that's means i will have to build credibility. And i'm happy that i already have on bustabit.com.

Regarding the name. I think bustacoin.com was great, but i could not come to an agreement with the owner of bustabit about it, so i chose a short name. I don't think ltcrash.com is the best name, and i'm considering renaming it (again).

@m0gliE Yes 20% is a-fucking-lot. But i also put in my money into the project. Besides that, i chose this large amount to be able to negotiate special deals with co-owners, for example those who would like to either invest a significant amount or those who could participate in other ways, for example in development or marketing.

I love the project, i'm exited, and it wíll be live next month!
