I'm about writing a book about scammers.
I want to know your experiences.

So if you have been (successfully or unsuccessfully) scammed, or have scammed, tell me your story.

Especially I want to know:

• YOUR story as scammed, (or maybe as scammer)
• what was the scam about, how was it supposed to work
• where was the scam tried (chat, mail, face-to-face)
• how did the scammer act, what did he/she say
• were there any (faked) personal data
• as much info as you want to give :)

Please help me writing this book and fighting scam!

this thread reeks of scam. not even kidding

i was scammed once in real life and once on this forum on the forum i was in a hurry needed 0.30 btc wasnt a big loss and once in real life was selling a ipad on craigslist and the guy gave me fake hundred dollar bills as payment

Yes, these are the stories I'm after. Small scams that could and will happen everyday.

Would you mind telling me about the scammers, how they acted, what made you to trust them, ....
Please give as much deatails as possible. That would be great! :)
