From my understanding, You kept your bitcoins in blockchain.info until november? or you transferred bitcoins into blockchain.info this november?

Because only bitcoin holders who had bitcoins at the time of the fork (block 478558 - August 1st, 2017 about 13:16 UTC) will be credited.

Have you already tried checking the address/es in any BCH block explorers? If not, Try pasting it from the links below:

If you still have the account on blockchain.info AFAIK they are supporting BCH now so you can get those BCH on your blockchain wallet only if you have store your BTC before the fork or on before 1st of August.

If you have those BTC's on blockchain.info before and during the fork then it's already there. It's already credited there so you just have to click the bitcoin cash wallet on blockchain.info and see for yourself on the same amount you have stored during the fork time.

Or you can download bitcoin ABC, import your private key (for the particular address), let it synchronize with the blockchain and your bitcoin cash will be available in your wallet

As long as you held bitcoins in your blockchain.info wallet before 1st August when the Bitcoin Cash fork happened, then you should be able to claim them by exporting your private keys into a wallet that supports BCH.

I personally used the Electron Cash wallet to get my Bitcoin Cash, but I'm pretty sure there are other options. Coinomi seems to work as well.

There will be no way to claim the Bitcoin Cash from the wallet that you transferred the funds to after November since you didn't hold any balances with them before 1st August, which was when the snapshot of the blockchain was taken.

Since you transfer your bitcoin to other wallet(not blockchain.info) last november your bitcoin cash should be still in blockchain.info because your bitcoin during fork before august 1 is in your blockchain wallet..
Better to check your blockchain wallet if  the bitcoin cash is there if you see your BCH wallet is no balance..
Better to contact their support or try to use your seed phrase and recover it in blockchain and check if your BCH was credited in your BCH wallet..
If not better to contact the support just make sure you bring a proof.. Look for your bitcoin address where you save your bitcoin and ask them why you didn't get your bitcoin cash..

@O.P you can look in the explorer like Potato Chips suggested to see if your address is holding BCH.
Furthermore claiming BCH is very simple all you have to do is sweep your private keys in the wallet that support forking of BCH like magneto suggested.

Post your used addresses here and I'll have a look at them.

Of course, if you moved your coins after the fork then you ain't getting anything from your new wallet provider. 1st August was the date of the airdrop for bitcoin cash. If you didn't have money with them then there's no point expecting them to give them free money.

Get all your used addresses from blockchain.info, that had a balance close to or before August 1st. They should all have a sum of BCH in them. Claiming them is easy and there's a bunch of youtube vids out there specifying how to do that, but make sure you empty out every single mbtc from your blockchain.info wallet before you do it.
