Title: Action Against Bittrex

Hi all

Lots of people have their accounts frozen by Bittrex without any reason.
Tickets stay without any answers for long long time.
No reaction on Twitter or away

I have my own account frozen with lots of currencies for a total of 2.4 BTC.
My partner have his account frozen with 4 BTC.

Every documents sent lots of time.
On Twitter you have now a popular hashtag :https://twitter.com/search?q=%23bittrex_disabled_accounts

Have you an idea of what we can do ?

I have a friend who has been frozen in the account, and then in a tweet, Bittrex, waiting for a few days, you can try this approach.

That's why folks, I never keep my coins in an Exchange. Aside from the fact that the Exchange can do whatever they want with your account the risks of beeing hacked or losing all your coins due to closure of the exchange are high as well. I hope your issue will fix soon guys.

This thread should be moved to Service Discussion under Exchanges. Admins of Bittrex already addressed this but I guess theres just too many tickets opened for a few support staff to handle. They even asked those who opened multiple tickets for the same issue to lower down the number of pending tickets but I still can see complaints about accounts still closed. Reach out to Richie in twitter and tag bittrex official twitter account too when you raise your issue.

That's easy for you to say not to keep your coins in an exchange but just think of how much you will lose if you dont have enough funds in the exchange site and you still need to transfer funds to place a buy order. Maybe once the transfer is confirmed, opportunity lost already.

very sad to hear about it. only thing is we can submit tickets. rather than that nothing to do. they have to re think when froze. 4 btc is very expensive , sorry about it.I HAVE AN ACCOUNT FOR A LONG TIME. BUT STILL THERE, I THINK THEY ARE ARE FROZEN DUE TO UNUSUAL ACTIVITIES.

You sent a lot of tickets? That is making the process long, you are not allowing them to view everyone's concern by only sending 1 ticket.

1 ticket will be enough to be reviewed and for sure your problem will be taken by them. I have seen people who are complaining about this but after they have been addressed and action was put to their concern they are starting to be quiet since there's no more reason for them to spam and send multiple tickets.
