Title: CampBX experience
Post by: oneblackman on August 01, 2013, 03:32:41 PM
So, I sent them a MO that they received two days ago and it hasn't posted yet and I tried to contact them(several). They have a 510 area code # posted on the web that no one ever answers. So I decided to Google the address and find the owners of the building they are leasing. Found the leasers of the building and they stated that is is true they are leasing the building but they dont have a landline phone listed & she only has a cell(which she won't give out, which is understandable). I left my # with her to pass to him so I could find out what the hold up is. I highly doubt he would call. Honestly I wish they wouldn't market their service to be next day for MOs if it really isn't. Hell at this point cash in mail probably would have been faster. I'm in no way saying they are a bad service just need to re-evaluate their business handling seriously.

Since you're having this "no response from Campbx" problem also, let me lend a hand with some contact info I compiled here -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=281042.0

My experience from them was good, though their support sucked, i did get my credit within a few days of them receiving the cheque. Not sure why all the FUD lately on CampBX, i've been using them for months without issue.
