Hey,

I'm looking for a person (no matter which country) who could create MS Azure accounts on a daily basis.

This is what you will need:

A real SIM card (could be empty, but able to receive sms - lots of aftermarket, used ones to buy on every country);
A fresh IP address for every account (this can be acquired if you have a "dongle" or etc. internet provider which supplies Dynamic IP);
A virtual credit card (you can get these in a lot of places, but if you're unable - I can get them for you);
An email account (gmail, yahoo, etc.)

This is what you will need to do:

Create an Azure instance;
Send me the newly created VPS details: IP, user, password.

This is what you will get:

~$3-$4 per 1 account.
Will need at least ~10-20 accounts per day.

So, about ~$30-$80 DAILY revenue for you.

you can use bitify.com for trusted escrow.
1. Dedicated RDP [ price on bitify 15$] or ask some users here like Doctor.Strange (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1003630) [10$] for clean IP.
3. virtual credit card [ price on bitify 10$]
4. SIM ask on digital goods some sell it for 2$

%% do it with yourself with total 27$ max and 18$ min.
