Post by: Lucacrebbe on December 30, 2017, 03:43:59 AM
THis    exange   it's  one month  I have lost  my 2FA  key  and they  still  don't  solve  my  probem  after having subitted  10k tickets

They really don't  understand  my problem even  after I have told it to  them   10'000 times
Just use  Bittrex,  dealing  with this  awful exange is a pain in the ass

That didn't really explain the problem. Was it something you screwed up and you're contacting support or something that went wrong with the actual exchange?

in others words you are saying don't use the "bad" and use the "worst" instead of it.

because that is how things work with exchanges. you don't choose among good exchanges. instead you choose among bad ones and choose the one that is less-bad. exchanges like bittrex are at the bottom of that list alongside Yobit and you should only choose them if you don't have any other choices.

Actually that is your fault because you forgot to save and safe the private keys.First of all if you here in crypto nothing are assurance here,Second all of exchanger here are no obligation at all if you lose your own private keys,3rd don't talk about binance is not good exchanger because since i start here that is one of the best exchanger in crypto world,Lastly contact them and if they not answer you move on then learn from that experience.

you are repeating the same post here. Posting here and creating unnecessary FUD will not solve your issue. The exchange cannot simply reset anyone's 2FA.
