Well, congratulations for those airdrop participants. I could say that NXT really drop its price right? I think ignis would be the asset that will lift up you from that fall. But I also think that this IGNIS will really drop so hard. Be the first to sell.

You are not alone in wondering why this token suddenly climbed to $20. Leaves me scratching my head and asking as well if I missed anything about IGNIS. I am one of those waiting for the airdrop of this token on January 1 2018 and if that price is correct or just 50% of the prices comes true, a lot of NXT holders last December 28 snapshot will be happy.

When I receive IGNIS airdrop will hold for a couple of months or more, I am thinking this token have potential.

It's great for sure if the price hold, I mean it's future and there's will always a dump for a "free coins" anyway. I do hope the price could stay though.

if that is so every time there is a new coin which is under ardor , nxt will receive a free airdrop there is no doubt Nxt  can recover its price soon and is good to hold since you will receive free coins every time they will release new coins.  I'm one of those guy who didn't sold when price slowly going down. hoping ignis price can compensate my loss

Futures prices generally have no frame of reference, but IGNIS does have potential, so I also consider buying some of IGNIS's long-term holdings!

The price of IGNIS was so high that I was shocked that I wanted to buy some IGNIS for a long time, so now I need to rethink it. Maybe that's not a good decision

Ignis is dropped t 8$ now and its falling down like rain from the sky. I hope when we get it it will be atleast over 4$.

It's is a good thing to see and this is an indication that IGNIS have moving the market. Investor will finally find this coin that have potentiality of earning profit. I know NXT will do the same in the coming days, and maybe we should take advantage with as it have in low price as this time.

I do not think that one should seriously consider the price of an Ignis which is now because it is a futures but not a coin.

Can someone explain me what makes influence to price when coin is not already on exchanges? I also saw B2X had price already and its changing, but why? How I understand there is no market cap for these currencies.

People who are trapped in the NXT and are experiencing significant asset declines are numerous. And their hope is IGNIS. Currently, IGNIS is traded on HITBtc and ATH around $21 and now falls back to $ 8. Certainly, NXT investors hope this airdrop can cover their loss. And I believe they are looking forward to the release of IGnis than the coming of the new year  ;D.

What other news do I miss? I've never even heard of a coin named ignis, and now it can go up to 300%, can someone explain to me in detail what it is ignis and why the price can get this high

Also one more thing how I understand best way when we get IGNIS is to sell it because everyone thinks same and starts selling to the price drops and I think very fast. Best option sell instantly and if you want after few days you can buy it again and hold but for few times smaller price?

That's only the futures coin and it's not a real coin. that will be useless to spreading the news about the exchanged asset like ignis. That's only traded in hitbtc which you can't deposit or withdraw your money.
Even the price of ignis down over 50% just in a day and that's only the IOU token. I think that the price of the real token will even worst than it.

You have not missed anything since it is a futures but not a coin. Wait until there is a normal coin, and then you will follow it

Yes you're missing one thing, this price has no meaning in reality. The trade volume is only $150k which is extremely low and the only platform doing this features is hitbtc, as usual. The price will be dumped so so hard.

The increase in IGNIS prices seems to me completely normal, because the NXT team is already well known, and the next project will attract a lot of attention.

I got in and out of nxt at just about the same price...so my ignis was practically free...im hodlin for a while....I would hate to end up feeling like one of those guys that sold their bch for 200$ on the first day....besides I don't have a bittrex account and I would never trust hitbtc w/ my money....so, I got no market to sell to anyway

Ignis should drop below 1 USD after airdrop but it will recover gradually and might reach a value of 20 USD sometime in 2018 if the project takes the right direction.

I think selling below 1 USD would be foolish.

Whales are getting IGNIS to $50 if my source is right they lose a lot of BTC in NXT drop thats why they need to pump its price to recover to their loses.

wow this airdrop is so valueable, but i think this price wont stay long. This price need some correction and the project need to devolop more to push the price up.

No official announcement yet as to when Bittrex will start crediting accounts with IGNIS for those who held NXT last December 28 but I read somewhere that it should be credited by January 05 2018 and if no credit appears on our account we can start filling tickets. As long as I get credit for it, I am fine, its ok if they delay, just make sure that they credit.

Yeah the NTX price is really dropped after the hardfork done but it's start go up again right now. I also predicted the value of IGNIS will dropped very soon, that's why i sold all my ignis coin yesterday, i'm afraid the price will fall very soon. You know this is a free coin, so just be careful and be ready.

It's also traded on the NXT Marketplace, there it is worth not even 1 NXT. As soon as it's distributed and hits exchanges, the price will crash

don't be fooled by the price on coinmarketcap.com which means absolutely nothing. Ignis has a current value of 50 cents or less. Don't forget there are 1 billion tokens... This project is too immature to be worth 1 billion $.

currency with great potential, I am very confident, I expect big profits, I look forward to receiving the airdrop from nxt. I hope to recover my losses.

I believe it will drop the price in the early days, they will dump the tokens to recover nxt loss, moreover, it will increase in a few months, but I think it will take time to reach the current value.

I've had some NXT for awhile now and was very excited about the Ignis project. I think I'm going to HODL on this one for awhile too, and I will definitely be hodling on the NXT. When do they think they wallets for the new Ignis token will be ready on Bittrex?

NXT IGNIS snapshot/airdrop was the most profitable thing of the last month. I did not receive IGNIS's since I have thought that price will dump after distribution. I wish I will not regret this decision.

Few more days and we will see if the value is real.

IGNIS is listed already in AEX.Com and its being traded at $1.71 I say its not bad if its going to be listed in Bittrex at $1.50 at least I will be able to recover what I lost when I hold on NXT last December 28. However, I have long term plans with IGNIS, I don't see it staying at $1.50 in the next couple of months. IGNIS is worth more than that.

By tomorrow is there any chance we can get Ignis on the bittrex? The sooner we get it, the price will be lower.

You can fix losses now or hodl mid term. Generally I cannot imagine Ignis staying anywhere below $3 for a long time. But for now - yes, this snapshot's drop was lossy.

Holding  on medium or long term  NXT I take the risk of losing more or gaining more. While we have NXT, we could make a much higher return on the other currencies. Sometimes keeping a coin can make you lose other opportunities.

Until now there is no official statement from NXT or Ardor why Ignis until now was not given to all holder of NXT I know lot of us was trap to high price of NXT since 2 days before the airdrop NXT price was going down instead of going up. I have no choice but to hold and wait  Ignis to be given to compensate my loss in NXT. What NXT and Ardor Deed would give negative impact to their reputation since until now ignis was still not distribute as their promise, distribution would be January 1, 2018

If the NXT team can not advance the Ignis project as soon as possible, then the value of Ignis will suffer a lot of damage. As the first sub chain of ADOR, IGNIS is a very worthwhile project. It also raises a lot of money. We have reason to believe in its future.

I think this project will not be in the near future, because most of the projects will die. They do not even have good marketing.

Bro, I realized one thing, holding on a long way is a bad way, it all depends now on the market, a good project or a bad one, if the market goes down, then it's a disaster for all projects.
You need to do 2X-3X and fix the profit.

You have forget about ignis, I don’t care about my ignis balance, I have bought more than 2k ignis balance on my Indodax account. I was received from hardfork between nxt and getting ignis, I lost not only on nxt coin but also on ignis balance because price was drop and too low.

Same here. I bought NXT few days before the fork in order to receive Ignis. I lost 0.7 BTC with that decision. I think Ignis is a good coin but I am not sure when the market recovers. If the team continues to grind harder then I am thinking they might find success in the future. I do believe their blockchain is good.

I don't believe in any pump that it will last for long. I got only 200 Ignis but I doubt the price will recover any time soon with such a bloody market on our hands. I am almost in exit mode now with what little crypto savings I have left so I can survive the next few months. I lost almost everything now and am thinking to sell my Ignis too. Nothing is working for me in these markets and some whales are going to get very rich. Futures have killed this market so no doubt they will kill the Ignis price as well.

It is a bit of embarrassment for those ignis holders so as the nxt holders after the snapshot occurs. It turns out that the investors only cares about the snapshot, and after that the token price laid waste. I felt bad for those users who invested at its highest price.
