I read some stuff that there is a chance that your activities can be intercepted and manipulated during payments and your wallet details could be leaked. So probably I need to encrypt my IP address. What do you use for your security? Any vpn suggestions? Sorry, if am wrong, I am just worried and curious how to protect my coins. Thank you for your answers.

No one can steal your coins just because you sent a transaction(unless if you sent your funds to a scammer). If you want high security of your coins, consider purchasing a hardware wallet like Ledger Nano S[1] and Trezor[2].
