all these Electrum-something wallets you see are created by other people forking Electrum source code and modifying the code. and to see if an altcoin has a fork of Electrum you need to check out their websites, wallet section. in this case their website has the Electrum icon at the bottom but the link leads to Electrum.org (the original thing which is for bitcoin!) so no they don't have it. it is just a "space filler"! Either way, you should be able to export your private keys from Electrum and import them to any SBTC compatible wallet (just make sure you move your BTC first just in case).
