Title: > 50 acres, $0.06 USD/kwh MAX, Canada.

Hi guys,

I have been considering this for awhile now. I have a lot of land available to me and I have talked to contractors already with regards to getting fast electricity.

They have quoted me the following:
2 MW facility, 1 - 2 month to build, $150k.

The rate provided in the title is based on a maximum set by the province and including all extra fees. The prices go down when you have a lot of power consumed. The power will most likely be less than this cost, but this is a worst case scenario.

I can build a multitude of these but I have been in contact with the government to see if I can purchase a sub station and try to make a big facility rather than a bunch of small ones. There is a sub station that is near my land, which is close to a small city.

Would anybody be interested in investing with me?

I realize I have a limit on PM's please email me at vandsvCanada@gmail.com (This is not my business email, I can look to provide this information once I get more details from other investors)

Where abouts in Canada are you located? Proximity is probably one thing an investor found here would be looking for at least for an initial meet up.

Alberta is where I have the land.

That was including purchasing my own transformer. I'm not too sure what kind of specifications I should be asking my contractor for. If you know what in specific I should ask for, let me know and I can get a better quote.
