I changed my subject because I got my money delivered correctly finally. Maybe it is caused by the overloaded internet traffic. Thanks everyone for the nice and kind replies.


I lost all my money when I withdrew the coins from yobit.net yesterday. I was told the the process of withdrawing was complete. But the coin did not show up in my wallet.

I left a message on their website searching for the support, no one reply.

The point is, you can deposit your money safely to their platform. You can exchange your money at their platform safely. You have the chance to lost all your money when you withdraw your money.

Any one got into this kind of trouble?

Any way I can get my money back?

Ive heard yobit was hacked too like etherdelta,are you sure you sent your funds to your wallet?maybe you sent it in other wallet or the currency isnt supported by your wallet.

Which coins did you withdraw? Seems bitcoin and ether are slow according to some sites. Yobit blocked withdrawals of bitcooin on 28th during fork.

Maybe you should be patient with support. They may be very busy.

I think that for altcoin is unsafe, but if for bitcoin and ethereum I feel at Yobit.net very safe

I submitted the support ticket at least 24 hours ago but did not get any reply.
The price for ETH has dropped from 745 to 718 by now. I still did not get my money. Hopefully I can really get my money.

I never use Yobit.net to support my crypto activity but please check again your transaction ( maybe false data ), check your wallet ( maybe delay ) and contact their support team again ( to complain ). As user/ customers, only that we can do and hope the best. Today, I use hitbtc and binance after I get trouble like you with another exchange. Keep fight for your asset and good luck.

been using yobit for a month now..haven't find any difficulty doing transaction with them..from deposit to withdrawal everything is fine

They usually reply back to messages that get sent to support, they just take a while to respond. I don't like that they have futures on that website though, their wallets are almost always on maintanance.

no users here can help restore your assets, waiting for replies from the yobit support team is the best thing.

You are right because I also transferred my EMB from cryptopia to yobit about 4 days ago and I couldn't find any EMB deposited on my yobit trading wallet. I don't know what's wrong with the exchange recently.

The address is correct.

Is there somewhere that you can give us a link to the transaction? If you have the TXID then you can verify that you didn't get it.

And this is why decentralized exchanges are the future. Yobit in my opinion is a very bad exchange, I did participate once their and got my withdrawal without any issues, but their "lotteries" and "games" are very scammy.

I have no problem with withdrawing.
But the site is so slow with the smartphone.  It's so irritating.

I use my computer to do the transactions for my coins. My money was delivered safely finally. Kind of slow. Maybe due to the heavy internet traffic. I wrote to the support team, did not get any reply. Maybe they were busy, maybe their system says the money has been delivered correctly.

looks like emb wallet have problem in cryptopia and a lot of emb users are

asking cryptopia 's admin fix the wallet problem , hope they can solve soon

Yobit.net is a good exchange, I have used it many times. The exchange that failed is Youbit, not Yobit.net.
The most important thing is to never leave your coins in the exchange, there is always the risk of a hacker attack.

Actually I didn't try already in yobit exchange but I think It was hacked like Ether Delta. Why some people want to stole the money of others? Maybe they want an easy way to earn. The only thing we can do be aware on this kind of issue.
